Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
DN Creations currently offers shipping only. Local pickup is not available.

All sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
We do not offer discretionary returns, refunds, or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preferences.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Approved claims are generally resolved through replacement at no additional cost.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order, including names, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, and design preferences.
DN Creations is not responsible for customization errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Custom and personalized products are final sale, subject to our policy concerning damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders and applicable law.
Customers submitting artwork, logos, photographs, or other materials for customization represent that they have the necessary rights or permissions for the requested use.
We reserve the right to decline customization requests that infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.
